Made Smart
Viper CS is manufactured with premium quality virgin resin containing no recycled content. The resin is then converted to strands of polyethylene and woven together in a tight hatch pattern. The cross-woven membrane is finished by coating both sides with proprietary extrusion layers. Unlike products containing reground/recycled plastic, Viper CS resists punctures and tears during install and will not break down over time.

The engineered composition of Viper CS gives it superior tear strength, puncture resistance and water vapor permeance when compared to traditional materials. High marks on critical performance specifications make Viper CS well-suited for demanding environments both during and after install.
Made for Crawlspaces
Viper CS comes in a bright white color giving the crawl space a fresh, clean look while combating the harmful effects of radon, moisture, mold and mildew. Installing Viper CS properly is critical for the longevity of high performance encapsulation projects.
Unconditioned crawl spaces let moisture into what is essentially the largest room in your home. The solution is to keep all the moisture out of your crawlspace.
Unlike our competition, to improve the seal around the perimeter of the foundation, we use closed cell spray foam insulation to seal the Viper CS vapor barrier to the foundation at the base to the concrete, brick or stone foundation. We also use foam to seal around any pier footings, or any penetrations such as sewer pipes and water supply lines that come up through the ground. Only the seams of liner to liner are completed using a 4 inch white tape.
The seamless join of the closed cell spray foam to the vapor barrier and foundation is air and moisture tight, and does not rely on tape, pins or other adhesives that will dry out in a few years. This is the Viper CS Lite advantage — a complete moisture-stopping, energy efficient system for your home.
The Viper CS SmartSeal System or the Viper CS Lite System are excellent encapsulation methods. The use of plastic and tape Viper CS is a slightly less expensive option to the Nu-Crawl System, and unlike the usual clean space vapor barrier everyone has seen, our system will pay for itself in energy savings.
